Kawakawa Station Coastal Farmstay And Private Walk
"Kawakawa Cottage" B&B at Cape Palliser is a cosy self contained cottage 2 minutes from the ocean, allowing you to relax in your own space. We provide country style breakfast provisions including freshly baked bread and freshly laid eggs from our chickens, all for you to enjoy at your leisure in the morning. Cook for yourself in the evening or come and have dinner with your hosts and take in some country hospitality (by prior arrangement).
Take in ocean views, the rugged coastal beauty or just relax with a good book. Why not stroll along the river to one of our huts or climb to the top of a hill to see out to the Kaikouras and South Island - energy dependant!

Staying at Kawakawa Cottage and Purple Hut (very flash for a hut, I am told!). Arrive night before for evening meal and breifing, leave next day for a great walk up to view the Kaikouras and Cook Strait. Share your walk with the native wildlife and enjoy the serenity. All bags transported for you and a hearty homecooked spread awaits you along with a hot indoor shower. Relax, have a leisurely breakfast and walk along the river the next day. All maps included.
